Our mission is to be the employer of choice for women in tech. And we will do that by listening to the voices of women directly, because they aren’t always heard by the industry.
We created a dynamic brand platform called 'Louder Together' to elevate individual voices and hear diverse perspectives about change, diversity and inclusion. ‘Louder Together’ is much bigger than the event space of European Women in Tech in Amsterdam. It will spark a movement in the industry that Publicis Sapient can champion across all Publicis Groupe initiatives for 2020 and beyond. Our goal is to be continually collecting data as a source of insight for internal initiatives and to evolve our company.
We will amplify, elevate and most importantly listen to individual voices so that we can change ourselves and the industry for the better, together.
